At Ava & Co. Candles, each candle and wax melt is handcrafted in small batches with care. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, your happiness is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at [your email address] with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll gladly work with you to make it right through a replacement or store credit when applicable.

Please note:

• Scent preference is subjective and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

• Minor imperfections, frosting, or color variations are normal in handmade soy wax products and do not affect performance.

• Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
