All of our candles and wax melts are handcrafted in small batches. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing and production before your order ships. During launches, holidays, or sales, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please note:

• Ava & Co. Candles is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct before placing an order.

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.

• Due to temperature sensitivity, we recommend bringing packages inside promptly after delivery.
